HSA BOOK EXCHANGE
Now that the fall semester has arrived, we are sure that many of you are ready to begin buying and selling textbooks. We thought we’d try to make this process a bit easier by setting up a book exchange programme exclusively for History Students. If you have history books to buy or sell, please check out our brand new forum!
Before entering the forum please read the following rules:
The sole purpose of the forum is to post up information on the books you are selling. The HSA is simply a conduit in which you can sell these books. All prices and meeting up plans to make the exchange are subject to the individuals making the transaction and not the HSA.
You will need to sign up to post on the boards; fairly straightforward, you will be asked for your desired username and for your email address and a password will be emailed to you.
Please be respectful towards one another here; we want the board to operate smoothly and in a welcoming environment. The webmaster will be most grumpy if she sees trouble on the boards.
When you post a new topic to the correct forum for what book you are selling, please include the HIS code of the textbook you are selling; makes things easier for other people when they're browsing for textbooks for a specific course.
It's totally up to you what information you will post in the threads about the textbook you are selling; just be sure to include your contact email in the posts to make transactions easier and for users to contact you if they wish to learn more information about the state of the textbooks.
If you have any problems going about the message board or if you're unsure about something you're about to post, feel free to email me and the webmaster will get back to you as soon as I can.
